You are responsible for ensuring you have sufficient funds and that you are using a payment method registered in your name. ik786 will not accept deposits from payment methods registered to third parties. Any deposit made from an account in a name different from your ik786 registration will be returned and your account reviewed.
If a deposit does not appear in your ik786 balance within 10 minutes for mobile wallets or 60 minutes for IBFT, contact ik786 support with your payment reference number. ik786 will trace the transaction and credit the amount upon confirmation from the payment provider, typically within 30 minutes of contacting support.
Withdrawal requests may be submitted at any time from your ik786 account dashboard. ik786 processes withdrawals on a continuous basis including weekends and public holidays. Withdrawal limits apply as follows: standard accounts have a daily withdrawal ceiling of Rs 500,000; VIP Gold accounts Rs 1,000,000; Platinum Rs 2,000,000; Diamond accounts have no daily withdrawal limit.
Before submitting a withdrawal, ensure that: (a) your account is fully verified for amounts above Rs 100,000; (b) there are no active bonus wagering requirements on the balance you wish to withdraw — bonus funds must complete their stated wagering before withdrawal; (c) your withdrawal destination account is registered in the same name as your ik786 account.
ik786 offers various bonuses and promotional incentives including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, VIP Club rewards, free bets, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions. All bonuses are subject to these general Terms and to any specific terms published at the time the bonus is offered. In the event of any conflict, the specific promotion terms take precedence.
New players who make their first qualifying deposit receive a 100% match bonus up to Rs 50,000. The bonus is credited automatically to your account balance following the deposit. The minimum qualifying deposit is Rs 500. Only one welcome bonus is available per player, per household, and per payment method.
ik786 defines bonus abuse as any strategy — including but not limited to low-variance gameplay exclusively from bonus funds, creating multiple accounts to claim the same offer, using another person's payment method, or coordinating with other players — intended to extract bonus value without genuine gameplay intent. Any account found to be engaged in bonus abuse will have all bonus-derived winnings forfeited and may be permanently suspended.
Unless stated otherwise, bonuses expire 30 days from the date of issuance. Expired bonus funds are removed from the account balance automatically and cannot be reinstated.
All bonuses on ik786 carry a wagering requirement — a number of times the bonus (or bonus plus deposit, as specified per offer) must be wagered before the bonus-derived balance can be withdrawn as real money. For example, a welcome bonus with a 5× wagering requirement means a Rs 5,000 bonus must generate Rs 25,000 of total wagers before it converts to withdrawable funds.
Wagering contributions vary by game type. As a general rule: slots contribute 100%; most table games contribute 10%; live casino games contribute 10%; sports betting and crash games contribute at rates specified in the individual promotion terms. Maximum single-bet payouts on sports markets are capped at Rs 2,000,000 per event per player. Accumulators and multi-leg bets are subject to the same individual leg limits applied cumulatively.
